Lake Millstatt (Döbriach/Mirnock): Popular tandem flying area. The FlyCarinthia flight school describes this region as ‘one of the most beautiful flying areas in the Alps’. You take off from Mirnock with a view of the turquoise lake and land comfortably in Döbriach.
