Your price reduction for bed and breakfast
If you cancel the evening dinner by 11.00 on the same day, we credit you Euro 12,- per person (only possible when booking at the regular room rate according to the price list, excluding packages, special prices and offers). When booking bed and breakfast there is a price reduction – please enquire upon booking.
Your arrival and departure at Hotel Prägant in Bad Kleinkirchheim, Austria
Your room is available from 15.00 on arrival day. For arrivals after 18.00, we kindly request a brief notification. Please note that check-in is possible at the latest until 22.00. On departure day your room is available until 11.00. Depending on availability, we can also offer a late check out. For Euro 20,- per adult and Euro 10,- per child you can use our wellness area, the afternoon snack (subject to availability) including towels and bathrobes. We also offer a cloakroom with lockers for your valuables, where you can get changed for the journey home.

The down payment can be made by transfer or credit card (Master, Visa). For transfers, please make payments stating your booking number to the following bank details:
Your bookings are considered binding when you have sent us your written confirmation by e-mail or messeger. Your booking is confirmed when you have transferred a down payment (the sum is stated on the booking confirmation) or have transmitted us your credit card number (Master, Visa) with date of expiry as an assurance and to debit the down payment. We cannot guarantee bookings without the down payment.
Your double room for single use
At Hotel Prägant in Bad Kleinkirchheim beautiful single rooms are available. If you would like to book a double room for single use, we charge a supplementary fee in addition to the regular room rate.
Your holiday with your dog & pet
You can bring your beloved four-legged companions for Euro 15,- per pet and per night excluding feeding.
We kindly request your understanding that pets are not permitted in the restaurant, in the wellness area and on the lawn in front of the hotel. Soiling and damage incur a fee.
Local tourist tax
The local and tourist taxes amounting to Euro 3.70 per person and night from age 17 are not included in the room rate and are payable on arrival.
Notes for smokers
We would like to emphasise that there is a general smoking prohibition in the rooms (according to the General Non-Smoking Law of 1.1.2009). Ashtrays are available on your room balcony and in front of the hotel. We charge for dirtying and damage, as well as an additional final cleaning fee for smoking in the room.

Cancellation
The right of revocation according to §11 Par. 1 FAGG is not applicable, instead the General Terms and Conditions for the hotel industry apply. Room cancellations are only valid in writing Cancellation fees: up to 4 weeks before arrival you can cancel free of charge with the exception of special agreements. From 4 weeks to 1 week before arrival the cancellation fee is 70% of the cost of your stay. For cancellations within the last week, we charge 90% of the cost. If you cancel your stay at short notice or leave prematurely, we charge 90% of the booked hotel arrangement if we cannot relet the room.
