You start off the day with a hearty buffet breakfast. Enjoy fresh products from our Carinthian farmers, selected coffees and egg dishes served at the table, as well as dishes from traditional elements theory.
In summer you can treat yourself in the afternoon to a piece of homemade cake on the sunny terrace and in winter additionally a delicious ski snack in front of the crackling fire.
Plenty of juicy apples are always available in the hotel lobby and in the wellness area you can find a range of selected teas, revitalising Kirchheim spring water and dried fruits. The culinary highlight is in the evening with an exceptional 5-course menu of choice with national and international gourmet dishes. The evening menu comprises a different choice every day of delicious soups, cold and warm starters, a salad buffet with crispy and fresh salad, along with fish, meat and vegetarian dishes and a sweet finale.
Rounded off with a fine wine, recommended by the host and certified sommelier Michael Prägant, your evening will be perfect.
